Abstract

Call for Abstracts

Please create and register your abstract using the abstract registration form.

When creating your abstract, please refer to the abstract creation guidelines and abstract sample below.

Be sure to include your affiliation and name in the abstract.
If submitting multiple abstracts, please add numbers.
Example: “Jichi Medical University, Taro Shimotsuke 1,” “Jichi Medical University, Taro Shimotsuke 2”

Please include the following information in the abstract submission form.

1. Name
2. Affiliation
3. Email address
4. Affiliation postal code and address
5. Affiliation phone number and fax
6. Preferred presentation format (oral, poster, or either)
   * The presentation format will be determined by the review committee, so your preference may not be accommodated.

Once your abstract is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent from the Conference Office (24jmit@jichi.ac.jp).
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 days of submission, please contact us at 24jmit@jichi.ac.jp.

The primary presenters must be members of Jmit. Non-members are requested to complete the membership application process. ※For information on how to join Jmit, please refer to the “Invitation to join Jmit.”

Please confirm all ethical considerations, handling of personal information, conflicts of interest, etc. with your co-presenters under your responsibility before applying.
